Practice Note: Heightened Awareness

One way of doing mindfulness is to bring a more heightened attention to where your mind wants to go on its own. Notice what’s up for you. And instead of letting go of what’s up, and focusing back on the breath, turn towards it calmly, without getting entangled, and see how that unfolds for you.
