Nikki Mirghafori
By: Nikki Mirghafori

This guided meditation is inspired by the Satipatthana "definition" phrase: "In regard to the body a practitioner abides contemplating the body, diligent (atapi), clearly knowing (sampajanna), and mindful (sati), free from desires and discontent in regard to the world (vineyya abhijjhadomanassa). In regard to the mind...feelings...mental objects.. a practitioner abides contemplating the mind...feelings...mental objects, diligent, clearly knowing, and mindful, free from desires and discontent in regard to the world.”
